For me, it is twice. Now I just glimpse and read certain parts of it when I have nothing to do.

Hard for me to say. When it first came out, I kept re-reading it over and over. When each new issue came out, I re-read all the earlier ones again. So by the time issue twelve came out, I'd read Chapter One 12 times.
Every few years I re-read it again. I just read it again a few weeks ago. So, I can't say exactly how many times I've read this, but I'll say "Alot!!"

Yeah, I do. I have them in a box somewhere. I usually read the Bound Volume though, rather than the original books.
